How to ask for help →

Visiting the food pantry

1

Come to the door

Our entrance is off Shelbourne Rd, adjacent to Maple Ave. There is parking in the lot. Come any open morning between 9:00 and 11:30 am.

2

Talk with a volunteer

We will ask your name, your address, and how many people are in your household. Bring a photo ID and proof of address if you have them.

3

Take home groceries

You will leave with food for your household, plus personal care items when we have them in stock.

Emergency financial assistance

How to ask

We help eligible households in our service area avoid eviction and keep utilities on. Assistance is limited by what donations allow, and is paid directly to your landlord or utility company rather than to you.

Emergency financial assistance is by appointment only, on Mondays and Wednesdays. Call us at (410) 247-8154 during open hours, or send us a message, to make an appointment. Please reach out before a shutoff or court date if you can.

Bring with you

  • Photo ID
  • A bill, eviction notice, or court document
  • A second piece of mail as proof of address
